    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

    2. Shipping Destinations

    • We ship worldwide through our fulfillment network.
    • Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

    3. Shipping Carriers

    We ship primarily via UPS or other trusted carriers depending on destination and service availability.

    4. Shipping Rates

    • United States: Free shipping on all orders.
    • International: Free shipping on orders $20+.
    • For international orders under $20, shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

    5. Estimated Delivery Times

    Delivery time estimates begin once the carrier has collected the parcel:

    • United States: typically 7–15 days
    • International: typically up to 15 days

    Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local carrier backlogs, weather, peak season demand, or address issues.

    6. Tracking

    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.

    7. Address Accuracy & Changes

    • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
    • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support email.
    • Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to reroute or change delivery details.

    8. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

    • We aim to make delivery as smooth as possible.
    • If any duties/taxes are requested upon delivery, please contact us before paying so we can assist.
    • Customs policies vary by country and are outside our control.

    9. Signature Confirmation (Security)

    For added security, a signature may be required for high-value orders.

    • Recommended threshold: orders over $200 may require signature upon delivery.

    10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

    Damaged on arrival

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support email.
    • Please include photos of: (1) outer packaging, (2) shipping label, (3) internal packaging, and (4) the item(s).

    Marked “Delivered” but not received

    • Please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.
    • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can help investigate.

    In-transit delays

    • If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll assist with next steps (carrier investigation, replacement, or other resolution as appropriate).

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

    1. Return Eligibility (General)

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (unless the item is non-returnable under Section 2).

    To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and uninstalled
    • In original packaging, with all components and inserts included
    • Free from scratches, odors, signs of wear, or alteration

    2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Any jewelry that has been worn, installed, or used for piercing
    • Any item that has been removed from sealed hygiene/sterile packaging (if applicable)
    • Final Sale / Clearance items
    • Personalized / custom-made items (if applicable)
    • Gift cards (if applicable)

    If a non-returnable item is sent back, it may be returned to you.

    4. How to Package Your Return

    To avoid damage and processing delays:

    • Pack items securely in a padded envelope or sturdy box
    • Include your order number (and packing slip if available)
    • Returns must be sent via a tracked postal/courier service
    • Keep your proof of postage until your refund is completed

    5. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

    6. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5–10 business days from receipt of your return for processing (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
    • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

    7. Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges.
    • If you need a different style/size, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

    8. International Returns — Customs & Duties

    Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable.

    To avoid unnecessary import charges when returning an international order, please ensure your parcel is clearly labeled:

    • Mark the package as “Return of Goods”
    • Customs declaration suggestions:
      • Item description: “Returned Goods”Reason for export: “Return”State the original value with a note such as: “Value for customs purposes only – returned item”
    • Add a visible note on/inside the parcel:
        “Item being returned to seller. No commercial value – not for resale.”

    9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your item is faulty/damaged or you received the wrong item:

    • Initiate a request via link within 7 days of delivery
    • Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
    • If confirmed faulty/incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund (subject to inventory)
