Warranty

We warrant our titanium, 14K solid gold, 18K solid gold jewelry to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and in its heat-sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of worn earrings or piercing jewellery. Worn earrings and piercing jewellery are non-returnable.

Your Body Freedom item is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults with the product only, and does not cover damage caused by customer misuse.

Customized items are also non-returnable.

Warranty Service

Contact us with order ID, photos, and proof of purchase. Customer covers return shipping; we cover shipping back for approved claims.

Non-transferable. Valid only for original purchaser with proof of purchase.

We can only accept returns for orders placed directly on Body Freedom.We cannot accept repairs for jewelry purchased anywhere other than Body Freedom. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and need a repair, please contact the original seller.
