    Before You Start

    Wear It Safely

    • Insert gently and keep the post aligned straight.
    • Tighten snugly - do not over-tighten.
    • Avoid snagging (hair, towels, headphones, tight clothing).

    Internally Threaded (Screw-In)

    • Attach the top and turn clockwise to tighten.
    • To remove, hold the post steady and turn counterclockwise.

    Threadless (Push-In)

    • Push to lock; pull straight to remove (a gentle twist can help).

    Care

    • Clean as needed with sterile saline.
    • Keep the area dry after cleaning or showering.
    • Avoid harsh chemicals unless advised by a professional.
